Golden milk contains anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory goodness. There are many variations of making golden milk, here is the one that I like best:

INGREDIENTS
1/2 teaspoon organic ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon sweetener of choice, I
1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil
2 cups of unsweetened cashew milk
